We provide a comprehensive range of quality services for production of monoclonal antibodies as well as polyclonal antibodies (pAbs) in rabbits, rats and mice.
After decades of experience in generating highly-specific mAbs using hybridoma technology, we know how to generate a mAb that is specific to the immunogens and that works for the intended application. Our service includes (1) design and production of peptide antigens; (2) immunization of BALB/c mice and cell fusion; (3) screening of positive clones using ELISA or Biacore system; (4) subcloning and expansion; (5) antibody isotyping and characterization; (6) cryopreservation of hybridoma cells; (7) bulk production and purification of mAbs with fermentation.
Polyclonal antibody services range from design and synthesis of peptide antigens, conjugation with carrier proteins to animal immunization, serum collection, titer analysis, antibody purification, characterization and labeling.
Our knowledge of antigen-determining factors (e.g., size, secondary structure and immunogenicity) allow us to produce custom antibodies with superior specificity, affinity and assay utility, thus increasing the chance to obtain high quality antibodies for various applications, such as IHC, IF, FACS, ELISA, Western blotting or immunoprecipitation.

Olink Proteomics is a platform that allows researchers to measure the levels of multiple proteins in a sample at once, using a technique called Proximity Extension Assay (PEA).
How it works:
PEA uses matched antibody pairs that bind to specific target proteins.
Each antibody is labeled with a unique DNA oligonucleotide.
When the antibodies bind to the target protein, they come into close proximity, allowing the DNA oligonucleotides to hybridize.
This hybridization event creates a DNA "barcode" that is unique to the target protein.
The DNA barcode is then amplified and quantified using real-time PCR or next-generation sequencing, providing a measure of the protein's concentration.
Key features and benefits:
High-throughput:
High specificity and sensitivity:
Small sample volume:
In essence, Olink Proteomics provides a powerful tool for researchers to explore the protein landscape of biological samples, contributing to a deeper understanding of biological processes and disease mechanisms.
